It it a motherboard even for beginners.

The instructions really tell you a bit but, don't tell you how to optimise and set the bios and cmos, the problem I have had with mine is just really too much to handle. I know I am not getting the full speed and can't find any info on how I can alter this and get the full speed. I have altered a few things, but have really noticed no difference and hope to find the best settings that I need for the Bios. I think the board is cost effective, but is not user friendly and can really take up your time if you cant figure the Bios.
