I use the board with a K6-III/400. It's running good w/ 2 exceptions: 1) I'm used to disable the external cache in the BIOS - otherwise the system hangs up 2) An U-DMA CD-ROM is only running by disabeling the U-DMA support in the BIOS. Settings are on factory default and adapted for the K6-III voltage demands and frequency settings are 4x100MHz.

I have a AMD K6-2 400 chip that will only run on the board as a 366 at 66 Mhz. Is there a setting that I dont know about to run it at the full 400 Mhz. When I run it at 4x100 it beeps and error and wont boot.

Never Have I seen a motherboard crash windows 95/98 as much as this one...I am not sure if requires a pure powersupply...I have updated bios on all that I have sold and reinstalled windows for numberous customers...Also ECS website is down so BIOS updates and support is no longer available via the web.
